Matt S Posted January 11, 2008 Share Posted January 11, 2008 Because the policy of the venue is no chains, it discourages certain elements from going in, as "look at me in my big chain, I am well gangsta" types who refuse to remove them are generally aggressive and not into the appropriate music scene anyway... and if an undesirable customer is being knocked back for jewelry and you and your friends leave the venue wearing chains, it makes the doormen look like ***** doesn't it... DQ has always stood out as brave champion of musical styles un-supported by most venues of the type. That reason alone makes it indispensible for Sheff.
