Maggie1900
Just found 'You Tube' and watched some old music videos from the seventies, but suddenley wondered if these are infact free to watch and is my computer safe when using 'You Tube'. Sorry for sounding a bit dim (I'm not a bit dim but very dim!) but you people usually are really good with answering my questions. Thanks, Mags. Cynic
To avoid any confusion to the OP it is "safe" in the sense it wont cost you any money directly or put viruses on your PC, usually. I seem to remember there was something just the other week but the offending item was removed pretty quickly. Google may though track your every move and in the future send targeted adverts directly to your brain. I'd take the risk though.

I thought they intended bypassing your brain and going straight for your wallet.
melthebell
its safe, "virtually" impossible to embed viruses and exploits in videos...notice virtually and free...for now, but according to another forum, emi are stalling on a deal with em due to fears about copyright im afraid youtube may go down the pay per view route soon, to pay the companies for all these legal videos
