Man sent to prison after internet chat room arguements turned nasty.

Recommended Posts

Come to think of it I knew a couple in an ICQ chatroom who almost came to blows, an English bloke and an American.

The argument went on for month after month and finally the Englishman sent the American his home address. The American then spent months mailing him all sorts of crap, for instance, the Brits hair wasnt too tidy on the pic he posted in the rooms forum and the American sent him combs and other hair products. The only thing that stopped actual physical violence was the distance between them-if they lived in the same country it could have turned very nasty.

Im not sure that mods do anything that puts them in the line of fire so to speak.

I see it as a reason though for out of town mods. Imagine a mod from another part of the country, but from Sheffield originally. A good looking, well spoken, hunky super mod!

I... THINK you know who Im getting at here.

Yeah, me. I`d make a perfect mod.

By the way, Im banning the lot of you because you arent as pretty as I am.

Sorry, just practising...

Jabbers as a mod? There'd be chaos.

You can have my vote. Would you take bribes? :D

I think the mods should demand for everyones address just in case there is a need to go and duff people up, That would sort em out!, 2 heavies on standby all day and night waiting for trouble to occur, it would be like the SAS for Forums If there is anything SF needs its a New Order.
