Camera van on parkway this morning

Recommended Posts

Maybe I got out of the wrong side of bed this morning, and everything is annoying to me, but I just wondered...

Why was the safety camera van inbound on the parkway this morning? You barely get over 20mph let alone above 50mph.

Thanks for letting me vent some bad vibes this morning!

They want to stick it on the Mosborough Parkway between Coisley Hill Roundabout and the Parkway. A cop on a motorbike would be good as well sat watching the traffic from the MP come down onto the Parkway. The number of nutcases who take the inside lane at the end of the MP - marked left turn only - then cut across on to the off side lane which goes into the Parkway is amazing. That way the police could get both the high speed hooray Henry's and the "Lane Blind Pughs". :loopy: :loopy:

You design a junction with such incompetence as to have the right-hand lane used for traffic going straight on, you're going to get this happening a lot.

not as infuriating as the one at the side of the church near the northern when all the people going straight on stay left and the right is for right turns only why do people find the need to let the idiots out who fly down the right and jump in front of everyone.

Beware if you do this to a green mondeo as I will not move over

I know how to beat the camera van.

Stick to the limits and you don't get tickets. I have managed 20 odd years of driving and still have a clean licence.

/smug :hihi:

I wouldn't be so smug, I had over 30 years but still got a ticket, 3 points and £60 fine for creeping 5mph over on an empty road at 7am.
