pinklady
Why are we not allowed to discuss closed threads or any grievences we have with sheffield forum in an open adult and mature way? As soon as anyone says something on these lines, the thread is instantly closed with a contact help desk with any problems or something simular. Sometimes we do not want to make a formal complaint but just air our own views and read other peoples views too. could you please tell me why addressing such things is so tabboo on SF? AJ sheffield
You should all spend an entire day blitzing the contact us facility, relentlessly and non stop for hours at a time.
evildrneil
Please remember the helpdesk is manned by a very small number of volunteers, so if you ask a question there please be patient. We use the helpdesk to keep a track of problems and to prevent threads like this turning into simple whingeathons.
