Lee2
gem exactly same boat as me, if u not bothered bout the camera from whay i have read the w850i would be the best to choose? what network and price plan u goin on? Hi Shabba, Have you thought about pay as you go? We got our K800i's from Phones 4 U on O2 last week for £199.99. I always prefer it this way as you don't have a nasty bill on your doorstep each month (granted you have to shell out up front for the phone). lalaland
Pay as you go isn't right for everyone just as contracts aren't right for everyone. If you are a heavier user it's often cheaper to go with a contract deal, if you have more incoming calls or are a light user then pay as you go is often better. I pay £35 a month for 1,000 any network anytime minutes plus 150 texts and I use them. If I was to do the same on pay as you go it would work out more expensive for me. If you manage your calls right on a contract you won't get a nasty bill, just one you expect.
Gem82
what network are you on lalaland? seems like a good plan only I would use more texts!
lalaland
I'm on O2. They do 2 versions of this plan, the one I am on and one where you get 750 any network any time minutes and 750 texts. Both are £35 per month.
Gem82
Ah, is this an 18month contract?
lalaland
Yes, it's an 18 month contract. Most operators are moving this way now, if you want anything decent it tends to be over 18 months. If you look at most tarrifs you tend to get a lot more for that extra 6 months and if you look at handsets they are normally cheaper or free if you take the extra 6 months.
