briggy1967
DEFINETLY I used to hate her but there is no way she would have flooded OUR country with immigrants AND given them rights and priveledges over genuine BRITISH people.

Sadly, I agree with you, I also hated her at the time. Now though, I do think a strong character like her is desperatly needed now in British Politics
peardrops
It could never happen due to her age and ill health, however if there was a Maggie clone then YES YES YES. I've always supported her and the country wouldn't be in the mess it is today if she hadn't been booted out when she was.
KJ_VENOM
let her have another go she maybe she is riddled with sinility and a little cuckoo but she cant be any worse than the other freaks that have been 'leader' of this party but all the politicians are just vote whores who never actually speak their minds
redrobbo
Given that Margaret Thatcher is now 81, has apparently suffered a mild stroke and is unable to speak in public, I think this thread is in poor taste.
Meaks
Still, she makes more sense than the current lot.
peardrops
Given that Margaret Thatcher is now 81, has apparently suffered a mild stroke and is unable to speak in public, I think this thread is in poor taste. I took the thread as more of taking Margaret Thatcher's policies and attitude to british politics than the fact that she is physically able anymore. I still think she was a great leader and hope she enjoys the rest of her retirement.

Got to say, thats a ridiculous comment, thats my job, putting silly comments on threads and winding people up. I was refering to the fact that Mr Cameron is forever being pushed around by the Lib Dems, and our country needs someone who is prepared to speak their mind, and will stand up for this country.
