Foxprom Posted November 2, 2006 Share Posted November 2, 2006 Hi Lestat check with sky they had a special offer at one time if you left the old dish at the old house/address they would give u a new one FOC at your new house. on the grounds that it might encourage new occupier of your old house to take out a sky subscription with them. Dont know it still happens but worth a look. Have phoned and tried, but have to subscribe to them for that offer...it costs £40 for the installation too. LOL! .... Yeah, it's just the picture quality is better through a dish. Sky TV is pants, and a rip-off too. The films have all been seen, the sport ( apart from footy ) is crap, the music channels are unoriginal and boring - plus theres loads of free music channels which are better anyway.... My family/freinds have used him a few times over the years and always been happy with his work and recommend him to other people. you can ring him 2577426, ps that is the number my mum has on his card anyways and dont know if it has changed as it was a year ago when they last used him. Are you mental, on what basis is SKY crap, all that variety of programming or do you enjoy watching programmes like "I'm A Celebrity, No Really I Am", "The Crap Factor" or "Z List Celebrity Come Dancing". I know what I choose brand new Lost, premiership football and a good movie premier every weekend.
