An excellent alternative to Trick or Treat. Many's the time young kids have come to my door with a pineapple in one hand and a fried egg in the other.

In parts of the Midlands they have 'Stick or Meat', whereby children are either given bags of meat or are chased away with a stick.

freezing meat once is OK however it needs to be defosted in the fridge!! NOT at room temp..

A local newsagent round here tried to start a similar thing in order to sell pens and celebrity-gossip based magazines. He called it Bic or Heat but sadly the idea failed to take off.
