Favorite Source of Protein (non meat)

I like tempeh, I even made some once.

 

A tin of chickpeas is good in veg curry.

 

Scrambled tofu on toast is good too, you've got to add some savoury flavour to it of course.

 

Quinoa makes a change from rice and is quite high in protein.

 

Red lentil dahl is filling and nutricious.

 

Beans on toast for when you can't be arsed.

 

Almond nut butter, mmm!

 

 

It's all good...

A two-egg omlette with chopped onion and toamto, sprinkle with grated cheese when the bottom's done and finsh off under the grill till the cheese starts to brown.

 

Sardines on toast ? :)

 

 

That does sound nice, Ive got a lot of eggs to use up,so will do it tommorrow.
