A La Carte Menu Starters Soup of the Day Served with organic fresh farmhouse bread Pear and Blue Stilton Salad Gently tossed with chicory and walnuts Rabbit and Ham Hock Terrine Fresh caught rabbit layered with tender ham hock and poached plums. Served with braised baby gem and honey and star anise dressing Seared Cornish Scallops Accompanied by Savoy cabbage braised with sultanas, Garnished with lardoons of crispy bacon and shellfish dressing Main Course Vegetable Parcels Root vegetables and goats cheese wrapped in Savoy cabbage leaves. Sat upon a warm potato salad 8oz* Fillet steak Pan roasted British fillet steak Accompanied by gently wilted spinach, home cooked chips And port and blue Stilton sauce Fillet of Brill Accompanied by a trio of seared scallops, pea puree and finished with lemon and herb butter Roasted Breast of Corn Fed Chicken On a bed of tarragon en-fused English wild mushrooms.
