Gutters need fixing ...

Recommended Posts

Please can anyone recommend a reputable, reliable and reasonable (!) firm/person who can quote for some guttering which seems to be faulty has I have a huge damp patch in my spare room.

Also, would anyone have a clue about what price I should be looking at? It is a terraced house it Sharrow ... just the back guttering and the down pipe which is an old metal one and ruined.

Thanks all

I had my rear gutter done last month ('cos I had a huge damp patch in my spare room!) on my terraced house.

I had a new wooden gutter put in (just at the back), plus a ridge tile replaced on the roof, and it came to ~£250 (I think). But if your fittings are compatible with plastic, it would be cheaper.

I used A1 Gutterclean, HeavyGate road, Crookes - his name is Craig Mason. 0114 268 2894

My study is now drying out, and I have no complaints.

He was quite busy though, so had to wait 3 weeks before he could do the the job (but he'd told me that in advance).
