I don't understand how women could be more grumpy.

foxycoxy
I read this on the bbc news pages earlier today. I think its really funny considering I am most definately not a morning person and it takes me a couple of hours to come round. The link says that its probably because women can't get seven nights of good sleep - not true in my case but what does make me more grumpy is the people who are morning people and are in your face being way too loud/nice etc first thing in the morning (like my hubby). camping_gaz
Are women grumpier than men? Women are grumpier than men first thing in the morning and stay cranky for longer, according to a survey by the Sleep Council. Almost a third of women interviewed blamed their partner’s snoring for disrupting their sleep. Women also tend do more tasks before leaving the house, such as housekeeping, preparing breakfast, spending time with children as well as getting themselves ready. Overall one fifth of the population say they never get a good night’s sleep, citing stress and worry as a reason for early morning moodiness. Do you agree that women are grumpiest? What makes you cranky in the morning? How could your quality of sleep be improved? Send us your comments. i agree 100% but dont tell our girt
