How much interest would there need to be for the group to happen?

I voted yes, btw.

Well, I put a lot of thought into this idea a few months ago and approached Geoff with a plan.

The response was that he is not interested in this sort of group.

And so, I was sent on my way.

Hmm big flesh. Thanks for sharing that. I guess that this thread will be the acid test as to whether Forumers would like to see a group like this or not.

I'll keep an open mind and see how it goes.

Do we need a 'group' or just a sticky somewhere? What IS a group, anyway?

Oic! Thank you. :)

So it means that the general forum doesn't get clogged up with discussions about knitting patterns for bootees or wing mirrors. Or vegetarian cheese and courgette soufflés, even. Très good idea!

I think that's the idea. And it means that people can go straight there to search for stuff without having to start a thread about it.

Well, I think a food group would be fantastic as well. Whether it is to **** of what to do with certain ingredients, or getting recipes together and things. I suppose, if such groups are created, it may deterr the chit chat to have less threads about food, and less threads in the dining out one ? I dunno.

I'm in support of a gardening group as well. Only cos I'm a crap gardener. :P

Yes this is a good idea, for me I am not great at cooking, so this would certainly give me some good tips.

I see 3 voted No, have they not got the bottle to say who you are.........
