topdog
This is probably a blindingly obvious question for people who download songs from the internet on a regular basis etc, but I have a dilemma - I discovered several songs I really like after hearing them on the radio (magic am), mostly 60s..some are a bit obscure. I would love to get hold of them on CD, or to be able to copy them to CD - but don't want to buy the whole albums, which I could of course get from Amazon or elsewhere - is there a way of getting a copy of individual songs? Is there some kind of a cheap way to do this? I don't know anyone who has the albums so can't borrow CDs and copy songs from them. Would appreciate any advice on this - I have no idea what to do. miniminch
if you have an mp3 player or Ipod then it should be no problem - or you may try looking for it on say singing fish website. Then right clicking the link and save to your music player on your pc.

Guest
So there is a way of getting them for free? Why do the rules say you can't tell me how:huh: Why say this in the first place then?? That doesn't make me feel better:( Yes, but it's illegal and so not condoned by the forum, of course.
Rich
Limewire???????????? Against the rules, and promoting that kind of thing is liable to get you a lengthy "enforced holiday".

topdog
OK guys, thanks for your advice so far, but I've not really got anything concrete..so this "Limewire" which looks like a file-sharing program is illegal, in this case is there any legal way to do what I want to do? Would be great to get some constructive ideas!! Ta
