Cyclone   10 #16 Posted October 20, 2006 Why would they not be able to stop you if your are in front of them, what they going to do wave you past then ask you to stop? This is why they have a sign in most traffic cars that says "police stop" on the rear window.  Just putting their lights on and pulling over themself isn't them telling you to pull over though.
