Strix
Whilst emptying a nappy bucket full of.... well, you can imagine.... in the pouring rain this morning, I wondered what arrangements other forumers have for the disposal of... dog waste I decided it was worth starting a thread about as it's one of the major considerations for a new dog owner Brude isn't allowed to treat the garden as a toilet, so has a shower tray (awaiting plumbing, currently with cat litter tray below), and we use a nappy bucket to dissolve solid waste before tipping it down the foul drain. There's an unused 'dogloo' in the garage, as we decided this method was more hygenic
bluesandtwos
We did a large plumbing job for our koi pond filter system, to purge it staight to the foul sewer, so added a lidded 'disposal pipe' for dog waste. It goes directly in that. The dogs garden area is all block paved (cos Huskies and lawns dont mix ). the whole lot and the waste chute are hosed and disinfected daily with hospital spec stuff that smells like parma violets (ought to smell nice at £28 a bottle)

Strix
We use a large cat litter scoop, which lives in a bucket of bleachy water
Lotti
Our dogs won't go in the garden! So we pick it up and dispose of it in doggy bins when they go while we're out and there's not much we can do about pee
