moon
WHEEL NUTS that is!!! I have standard steel tyres on my car at the moment wanting to replace them with trims/alloys so can i use the same nuts/bolts that are on my car now for the alloys/trims or do i have to replace them with different ones? If they need to be replaced do i have to buy any particulars ones ie any particular length/shape/size etc? thanks

medusa
It depends on your wheel hub as to whether you need bolts or nuts, and the thread pattern, number and type. Assuming that you have bought alloys with the same configuration as your wheel hubs then you can use the same set of nuts/bolts as you had with your steel wheels (although most people choose to have a prettier set if they're on show).
