SL31
Should I just drop it, and let the person think they can get away with being very rude and agressive or is there something I can do?
happyhippy
Should I just drop it, and let the person think they can get away with being very rude and agressive or is there something I can do? It really depends on what was said, how, where, and possibly why. It could have legal ramifications, or could be a playground spat from what you have said. If you post the circumstances as you see them, then we can comment.
EmilyJane
Depends on who it is. You can either rise above it and ignore them or say something along the lines of "Do i speak to you like that/have I spoken to you like that?, well then don;t speak to me like it please". I also find "Do you kiss your Mum/Gran with that mouth?" recieves some very bewildered responses.

SL31
Well she called me a fat arsed something or other, the rest was under her breath. It was in a discussion and she was having a go at someone else and i told her that there was no need to be agressive. Coincidently I do have a slightly fat arse, but i dont need it to be pointed out! It just feels like I work in a kindergarten sometimes!

beckb
How professional of her! I'd rise above it - hurtful though it may be. Someone once said something very rude to me on a company do, after sobbing in the loos for ten minutes (too much vodka) I resolved to be sickly nice to her and so polite - it freaked her out completely! nick2
Wait till she's not looking than hit her on the back of the head with a chair. She'll not know who did it so you'll be safe.
