fridgeman   10 #1 Posted October 18, 2006 do i have to notify anyone (council) or such like as i'm am wanting to lop at least 2 mts from the top of some trees at the very top of my garden. the trees are sited behind an old fence and in front of another fence, we call it dead mans land as no one seems to own it. i am prepared to pay for the lopping service therefor saving our overspent council that little bit more, but i don't want to get a rollicking off anyone. any one help?? Mo   10 #2 Posted October 18, 2006 You should check with the council that they don't have a tree preservation order on them. If they do you will have to apply for permission.
 Share this content via...
