CockneyMafia
I am on a pretty strict exclusion diet at the moment to try and conquer my food intollerances and Candida. I cannot eat anything containing wheat, dairy, eggs, yeast, sugar (including fruit) mushrooms (or other fuhngi) vinegar or anything processed. I want to cook a stir fry tomorrow but am stumped as to what sauce to use. I cannot use soy sauce as it contain wheat and some have added sugar. Sweet and sour is out because of the sugar also. The stir fry will be veg and prawns but without some kind of sauce it's going to be pretty bland and dry. Any ideas folks? Many thanks Presumably you have been prescribed this (fairly radical) diet by a recognised nutritionist or doctor? If so could they not advise you?
