Is there such thing as being able to set it up whereby there is no cost to calling out to or receiving from mobiles? If not, can someone explain why some website are able to offer free SMS text messaging services from their website and how they gain from it? Ghozer Posted October 14, 2006 Share Posted October 14, 2006 Its not free for sending texts out, and most companies can do this via advertising on thier sites, alot of them limit you to 1 message every few minutes, or a certain ammount per week... There's many sms gateways already out there, lots that offer free credits when you sign up, and lots that are VERY cheap (like 4p per message when you buy like 10,000 credits or something) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
