yosser_huges
My cousin was on a 512k connection from a company called "oman" That has been working fine for the past 2 years, Starting last thursday, his connection disapeared and was never returned. The contract was arranged in december 2003 from a company on london road. (The computer shop, accross from the bookies) My aunt has called up the company who told her that the company had been having financial issues, and reccomended her to stop the direct debit, and switch isp. However this morning she went to see the shop and asked them what the probnlem was, they told her that the big wig at the top had done a runner. She then called the company again and asked for a mac code so she could goto another provider, but was told that they were unable to provide one. what should they do? Savannah2
Looks like She will be forced into a cease and reprovide to a reputable ISP, this could possible involve many weeks of downtime. It is not compulsory to provide you with a MAC#
