marc1990
does any one think its a discrace that wembely still could not be ready for the next league cup final at this rate we will have the olympics first
surfinjim
Not really! Pretty glad to be honest as it means that we get England games a bit closer to home. ie Old Trafford. It would be better if they went round the grounds again as with the last Eurpoean Qualifiers. The game at St James and I think there was a friendly at Elland Road. No other major European country I can think off plays all their games in one stadium so why should we? Jim:thumbsup:
Heyesey
does any one think its a discrace... ...yes, but I'm hardly surprised. I won't be surprised if the project is abandoned incomplete, even at this stage.

barnie41
It looks like it will be fantastic when it's completed, but it is a national embarrassment that its taken so long and cost so much.
Greenback
Are those pictures real? Would they really lay the pitch before the drainage has even been sorted properly?
Guderian
They are real. They laid the pitch 2 months ago.

Code13
As a Rugby League fan, who has been to a few Challenge Cup Finals, I much prefer Millenium Stadium to Wembley.
