But they dont pressure you that much atleast not initially.  They're just softening you up - my first week was like that. Then they made me spend my second week standing on my head in a vat of manure while the team leaders amputated my toes with a machete. Moonies   10 #333 Posted July 14, 2007 Ant Marketing totally sucks. It is a horrible place to work and the employees are treated appallingly. I worked there for a few months out of sheer desperation and it is the only job I have ever walked out of. If you can handle the telemarketing itself, fine, but be careful about your wages. They will do anything they can to dock your pay and your bonus and then blame you for it. Bullying was rife, particularly from management, and the workers were more-or-less slaves. If they could replace the poor workers with robots they would. Take a job there if you are desperate, but always keep looking for something better. Magilla   510 #336 Posted September 17, 2007 anyone in here work at ant marketing at the wicker? and what are your experiences?  I know loads of people who have worked there in the past, universal impression seems to be that it's an absolute hellish depressing nightmare that everyone is glad to see the back of.  Never worked there myself tho....
