56cheffy
I just found out an old Nokia 3310 to give my mum in law (easy to use).... I put in a virgin sim card and it asked for a pass word...I dont think I had a password previously when it had a Vodaphone sim in 2 years ago...anyway I tried 3 passwords, all were wrong and now it is asking for PUK#.. How do I get it?Will I still need a pasword when I get it? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks Steve
kenthack
the puk belongs to the sim card (get intouch with virgin) the phone was probably locked to 1 network so that was why it asked for a code you can read the code with logo manager and a cable but probably be cheaper to just get some one on a market phone stall to unlock and reset the code for you
slh73
You got the pasword wrong 3 times, so the sim is now locked. Ring virgin, and theyll give you a PUK code.
