Applications are invited from current members of staff for the following Front of House positions based at our City Centre Sites.

 

Enablers (Ref: E 09/06)

Salary £14,282.34 - £16,802.75 pro rata

2 x 20 Hours

Interview Date: 30 October 2006

 

The post holders will assist in the development and delivery of learning opportunities to agreed standard and performance levels.

 

Awareness of the needs of different types of visitors and the ability to communicate with the public is essential. Post holders will have an enthusiastic and committed approach to excellence.

Salary £12,983.95 - £15,275.23 pro-rata

1 x 37 hours, 1 x 30 hours, 1 x 26 hours, 1 x 16 hours

Interview Date: 1 November 2006

 

The post holder will provide excellent visitor services in the gallery spaces, reception, retail outlets and hospitality areas.

 

Experience in dealing with visitors in face to face situations in a public environment is essential along with excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner. An excellent standard of personal appearance is required for this front of house role.

 

A flexible approach to working hours is required as weekend and evening work will be required for both posts.
