Lester_Bigot
Thinking of joining a gym, however, all the clubs appear to offer the same kind of classes, which tend to be aerobic based, which seem aimed at women. Which Fitness Club, has the best variety of classes, which will cater for both sexes? and which is the best class in your opinion?
getphysical
Try boxing. Great for overall fitness. There are plenty of good boxing gyms around that have fitness sessions (you're not expected to compete) Tommy Bradley on Wellington St, Glyn Rhodes over in Hillsborough are very good. lyndix
both me and my partner are members of virgin gym on broadfield road, very wide variety of classes the one on the bikes is a killer, we also go climbing there as they have a great indoor climbing wall and change the routes regularly, thats a great workout! MickM
Try boxing. Great for overall fitness. I agree completely boxing is a great to stay in shape, just don't have a 'friendly' sparring session with a bloke built like Mr T if he asks. They are only friendly in that you are still alive at the end of it.
