NPB!
But surely that was his decision, assuming he knew the risks. And as someone who works with high powered cars one assumes he did know the risk

He crashed you know?

Rich
Thats the biggest bugbear for me Rip_Dime. Everything has to be someones fault these days That's the American influence... Their policy is to sue the pants off everybody else for the slightest little thing, now we in Europe have started it as well... That's why we have to put up with that infernal Injury Lawyers 4 U advert every day... and that fat bloke "have you been injured? Had a trip or fall at work? Unsure if you have a claim for compensation? Personal injurt helpline will take care of your claim with nothing taken from the m-money you're awarded"... FFS if I trip or fall, it's the Council's fault probably for dodgy paving, I'll hassle them for compo not some be-suited fat gimp.
NPB!
I wonder if i could claim due to the stress of seeing loads of poorly made claims adverts?
Rich
I wonder if i could claim due to the stress of seeing loads of poorly made claims adverts? Why not? People have claimed for dafter stuff, and won as well, more fool the Insurance companies, or them...
