katy1981 Posted September 26, 2006 Author Posted September 26, 2006 what a ******. Spit in his tea. as tempting as that seems i think i may have to pass on this suggestion :hihi:
katy1981 Posted September 26, 2006 Author Posted September 26, 2006 You should read the companys handbook on displinary action. Each company is different on how they deal with staff. When he gave you the verbal warnings, was there someone else there with both of you to witness it? If not then it will be his words against yours. From what ive scanned through on here, it seems like he is just nickpicking on everything you're doing. Maybe you should have a sit down with him and have a chat with him and tell him how you feel. i dont think we have a company handbook

funkyukgal Posted September 28, 2006 Posted September 28, 2006 i dont think we have a company handbook every company should have a handbook or a guide for staff to read on displinary action, staff breaks, holiday bookings, etc. ask your boss.
