FallenAngel6
Did anyone watch the Stever Irwins memorial service last night? It was so lovely he would have been so proud. I am sure there will be a replay or something for those who didnt see it but can you believe the amount of peoples worlds were rocked by steve irwins. I know to some he may have been a mad man who were asking for death but come on...he helped so many animals it is unbelievable. There are so many animal care students and conservationists and just regular people that were inspired by steve irwin that his death was a blow to them. It annoys me when you try to get your point across that he may have been a crazy australian but he loved his animals and his family and the work he did and you have people laughing at you and saying well he asked for it because he really did touch so many peoples hearts. Watching the memorial service last night it was very hard not to cry for his family and for the animals. Because although everyone knows that it was going to happen and that he would want everyone to carry on his work he is missed by so many people. When his dad got up and spoke a few words and his daughter got up and spoke and his right hand man spoke for him it was so lovely and heart warming. Alot of people are going to miss his 'Crikeys' and his crazy animal sounds and how he made everyone laugh at his stupid antics. My heart goes out to his family because i know the pain of losing someone can never be fully healed.
