do-a-bull
I've just picked up a small country estate but need to make the place pay so wondered if anyone could give an indication on the going rates for hiring a venue for weddings, conferences etc? The place is set in a spectacular location in the Peak Park, is big with lots of land but I need to draw about 30k a year to make it viable. Does anyone have any idea of weekly rates for such events? Strix
no, but I can tell you there's a hotel in the hope valley doing a £100 a day delagate rate Weddings and conferences aren't 'weekly rate' events btw

Don't want to run it as a hotel thou 'cause of staffing, change of use etc...
