alkatraz
I've just had a bit of a car crash, someone swiped into me by accident on my left while I was overtaking him and he was doing 5mph while I was at about 50.. Thing is, I need to get the damage fixed properly, but as cheaply as possible - and I don't know where to go. The only places I know of are expensive as hell, or I couldn't trust to make sure my car was safe. I need a new front left wing, probably a new front left door and I need the axle/bearings/wheel looking at to make sure it's safe. Can anyone recommend the best place to go? Is it not a non fault accident? So through the guitly party's insurance? If not Rosedale Garage on Blagden Street they are ace
alkatraz
Ok, it turns out that it will depend on whether the wheel is ok as to whether we persue insurance. So, once I get the front wing off tomorrow afternoon so it no longer fouls the tyre, I am going to slowly drive it somewhere to see if the wheel is safe. So, if anyone has any further suggestions, they are all appreciated. I need to go to someone and ask them if my wheel is safe to drive on, without worrying that they will tell me it isn't in the hope that I will ask them to fix it.. Any thoughts?
