ZoeB
Hi Jay_kd, I'm in pretty much the same position as Sieghart, moved in a few weeks ago and looking to find something new and interesting to do to get me a bit fitter and meet some people! I've never ever done any martial arts before at all (I've heard origami doesn't count ) and if I'm honest am not in the best shape ever... Are any of your classes suitable for total beginners who are curious to learn more? Thanks, Zoe
