Do you enjoy being outdoors?

 

Then why not combine the two and try my new Walk & Tone fitness session. 45 minute session incorporating walking drills and circuit-based exercises. Ideal for all ages and abilities. Make new friends and get fit whilst having FUN!

 

Please wear appropriate walking shoes / trainers and be prepared for all weather conditions!

 

Only £2.50 per session
