Hi all,

Posting on behalf of a friend.

The question is :

Does a landlord, or his agent or legal representative, have the right to see the Will of a deceased tenant. What are the duties and responsibilities of the Executor in this situation?

Can you post answers here?

Cheers folks.

Joe

Now that the question has been answered, we're all intrigued as to why you ask Joe?

I'm not sure that the question has been answered. What happens if deceased's Estate is less than £5,000, in which case the Executors/representatives are not required to apply for probate. Do any other parties have the right to require disclosure of the will and if so on what basis?

As to why this question is being asked, presumably Joe doesnt think it's anyone's business otherwise I'm sure he'd of posted wouldnt he?
