Hoping to start my own Restaurant

Hi I am just looking for some advice really.

 

I am hoping to open a restaurant as I am a chef as is my friend. However the costs would be far too much so it got me thinking about how other people afford it.

 

Is it the sort of think I could try and attract investors with? A nice country restaurant, I have a full business plan with projected costs and returns.

 

If not a business loan but surely this is very risky and places a huge burden on us?
