Sultana
Does anyone know how to report a water leak to Severn Trent please. I have been on their web site & cannot find anything to point me in the right direction. (This is a leak on the street, not in my home). Thanks. Sultana
I tried that one Hels, its just for emergency calls in, or supply to, your home.
Hels
Hmmmm not what it would leave you to believe from the website How crazy is that?! You'd think they'd be desperate for people to let them know of any problems.
Sultana
You were right after all Hels, you just have to wait for ages to get through to a human being! And, after all that, it had already been reported! Thanks.
Hels
"Whether you're a household-based or business customer, you'll find exactly the right people to talk to in the following lists. We'll do everything we can to make sure you're straight through to someone who can help. Emailing us is the most effective way for us to handle your enquiry but in the event of an emergency such as a leak/burst pipe, if you are experiencing loss of supply, if you have inadequate pressure, or you are experiencing sewage flooding please use our emergency contact telephone number. If you would like to provide feedback or make a complaint, please view our processes and procedures displayed within our feedback leaflet." Quote from Severn Trent Website. If I were you Sultana, i'd be giving them a few lessons in how to read their own web-site!
