Herbert
Hey up oh wise forummers Fancying a PDA for simple tasks such as to do, diary and scheduler with reminders as well as a capability to read and write emails offline and send when connecting to pc. Synchronising with outlook would be ideal. Not bothered about music, video, camera or wifi or colour screen. Is this worth having? http://www.ebuyer.com/UK/product/57108 Any other recommendations gratefully received:thumbsup:

Silver
If that's all you want to use it for then yes . But there are also plenty of phones around these days that do the same things .

beansforyou
Have a look at the Sanyo S750 phone, it goes for around £30 on ebay, although I bought mine for around that from the Orange refurb store online. It does everything you want, as well as all the 3G online stuff. And if you don't mind carrying something the size of a PDA around with you, the size of the phone won't bother you, plus it's got a nice big colour screen, digital camera and video recording You can also pop in a SD Card and use it as an mp3 player, if the mood takes you. DaFoot
I've a Handspring visor Edge not doing anything if you want it. Doubt I'd get much on ebay for it, so if you can collect from Hillsborough it's yours. I'll dig it out and check everything is there.

DaFoot
Found the visor...got a USB cradle for charging/syncing with PC and quick start booklet. No software CD found yet, but probably better off tracking it down online. Hinge cracked but it was all working last time I used it. Let me know if you want it, give me a chance to make sure there's no data on it! Or you could pick one up on ebay for around £10-15 that might be a bit better nick.
