theimposter
I have a problem when I play a game called MVP baseball 2005. The game crashes at the end of each game completed. It says there is a problem and it needs to shut down it then asks if I went to send an error report. Looking closer at the discs when I tried to reinstall it says that the game requires 256.0 system memory but I only have 247.1 system memory. Could this be causing the prob? Ive got a new pc so I thought gameplay would be ok with new games. Is it because I have a lot of mp3 files on my pc taking up space? any help appreciated
sallonoroff
that amount of RAM would suggest you only have 'shared' integrated graphics... which is less than ideal for modern games. you could fit more RAM and/or get a decent graphics card. XvanityX
I don't think it would be the fact that your HD is full of MP3s (unless it is REALLY full) Try getting another 256mb RAM stick. That should work. But like Moonlight said, your computer will struggle/die when trying to play modern games. If you want to play new games on it, I'd suggest getting at least 1Gb RAM and a decent graphics card....as long as you have a decent CPU.
Silver
It might also be worth checking all your drivers are up to date . And give the hard drive a defrag.

XvanityX
And give the hard drive a defrag. Yup, that will help a lil. You really should defrag before and after any software changes (eg install/uninstall) You wouldn't believe the difference it makes.
