daewoo Posted September 16, 2006 Share Posted September 16, 2006 i have just started using sky broadband is there any body else using it and having problems. the service has been dia i have had faster dial-up. i phoned sky up last night and a computer voice told me that my call will be answerd within (30 minutes) after 35 minutes i put the phone down. if the service doesn't work why market it. Flutterbyes Posted September 16, 2006 Share Posted September 16, 2006 still £10 aint much for bbi to be honest. they just want people to get to sign up for the tv and the bbi and then your contracted for both. even if the bbi doesnt work you got to keep the tv. although if your paying £10 a month and its not working, drop to the free one then at least your not paying anything then get a decent connection installed.
