demoniac Posted September 14, 2006 Share Posted September 14, 2006 for some reason i dont seem to be able to log into my bt broadband account but i can log in to both of my yahoo account. i dont use my bt broadban account very often i just check it every now and again to make sure that i have not gone over my download limit so will the account be deleted if its not in use for so long? is this possable if its the account that was given to me by bt when i signed up for there packages? i get invaild user the selected user does not exist Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

HTH. Their "system" is confusing - some of their customers refused to alter their email addresses to "xyz@btopenworld.com" when invited some time ago, so as the above quote correctly says, some customers still use xyz@btinternet.com addresses... Either way, you can still log into your account at http://www.btyahoo.com, assuming you still remember your (original) password, of course!
