Student or professional welcome, short or long term Town and the universities are one bus journey away or around 30 mins walk to the heart of Sheffield. You will be sharing the house with two other females, Roo & Steph. We are good girls who are animal lovers. I have two dogs so you must be a dog lover. They are friendly and good natured. The rent would be £40 per week with bills on top. one months rent as the bond. You will have access to Sky TV, broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher & microwave. We have a livingroom with leather settee's, diningroom & kitchen. The house is alarmed and the alarm does work at night for added peace of mind.
