Seems that halifax road is all going to be demolished in the next few years and another flyover is going to be built on the waste land to let more students get to their town center residences from the M1.. :hihi: :hihi: :hihi: Only joking BUT sheffield council are not to be trusted

BE AFRAID !! BE VERY AFRAID!!:hihi:

I'm not sure what will be on Kilner Way, but I have heard that no supermarket will be there.

There was interest from supermarkets, but the developer turned them down.

I had a comedy moment there this week. I don't know that side of the city at all, and had been driven there by a friend who promised me bargain curtain poles, and we sat in the car park staring at a flat area of rubble.. "OK Argos it is." :hihi:

We need a big Tesco there I'm afraid to say. My nearest (excluding Tesco express) is in Wath!

I need my passport when I go there.

There have been many rumours of Tesco building on Chaucer school fields.

But they have been around for many years.

We don't need another tesco. Theres a reason they are cheap. Besides theres one on informary road which is too close to halifax road to allow another store
