glittabug59
I'm considering getting two little kittens in the next couple of weeks... and i'm worried about the amount of wires I have around the TV and computer, seriously, it's a jungle! Does anyone know if kittens would bite the wires or get tangled in them? I'd hate for them to come to any harm! I've tried those tidy-wire casings that bunch wires together, but they didn't work very well. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks
torin8
I have 2x 18 week old kittens and they have been both teething for a while plus they get to jump around the back of the tv / video / dvd recorder. So far I've not seen any damage (I have checked), the only thing I have noticed chewed is a small wire on my alarm clock radio which is the aerial. I personally wouldn't be worried, you could use the protective stuff or you could just use shock tactics like shouting at them when they go behind - they will soon learn! Oh another thing is might be worth leaving a cardboard box out with its flaps open - my two love chewing on the corners and it's cheap to replace! reditiger
we brought quite a thick one from B&Q to keep th wires together and it has worked, although they have still managed to bite through a DSL cable and a phone charger wire!
