beansforyou
I've been looknig for this for a while, as I want something to keep record of what i'm doing ( my brain not being up to the job most of the time lol) I've just found the stitch & bitch Knitters Design Journal on Amazon, for half price at only £5.10 It sounds handy for going to shows and having your needs already written down, instead of having bits of paper frlying all over the place, or (god forbid ) buying too much stash... From the author of "Stitch 'N Bitch Handbook" and "Stitch 'N Bitch: Nation" comes a "Stitch 'N Bitch Journal". Hip in design and compact enough for a knitting bag, this user-friendly journal is packed with valuable information. Its features include yarn required for basic knit items, pages to keep track of supplies, a glossary, and something no other journal has: design aids such as templates, pre-drawn knitter's models, and graph paper. It also has a die-cut ruler to measure knitting gauge and check needle size. ------------------------------ And for anyone who might be interested in Spinning their own yarn, this slim book is highly recommended by different sources, Spin It - Make yarn from scratch at only £6.39 instead of £8.99. I've just ordered both so i'll let you know how it is when I get them both
