Certain webpages being , Banking , Ebay , Paypal ... etc Https://

If this is your problem it is the (s) on the https which stands for 'secure' as a short term fix disable your firewall for a while. if that works then you know where the problem lies, i find that once i have done this it goes away.

Good luck

Are you connected via a router? and also are you connected via cable broadband or adsl?

It may be that you are having DNS issues and need to specify your ISP'S DNS servers within your router.

One way to check if it is a DNS issue is to ping an ip address from command prompt.... press start....select run....type cmd and then press enter....type - ping 217.12.3.11

Take a note of what it says in command prompt and come back to us.
