adamski1 Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 i have been going through a claim for a motor accident,almost two years now and it has concluded that it was my fault.i was insured fully comp and all i got payed was £175 after the exsess was removed.i am wondering if i could still claim for my personal injuies and time off work.if anyone has had simmilar could you let me know. Shiesh Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 That's right as far as personal injury goes you and your insurers are only liable for third parties this would therefore exclude yourself as the driver as you have been proven to be at fault.
