Livewirex
Tell him to wait and see how much Paul Mcartney has to pay his Mrs and tell him you will want the same.
banesmabes
Sorry to hear about this - must be heartbreaking to say the least. Isn't it the case that whoever starts the divorce proceedings pays more in legal fees? So if he's the one who wants a divorce then I would tell him to start the proceedings. KenH
The paperwork is very cheap and can be done without a solicitor if everyone consents. The trouble is that when people talk about divorce they really mean sorting out the financial aspects which is where it gets nasty, expensive and can involve solicitors. My advice is to tell him he can't have one.
