Sketty24
Basically, I want to catch buses from different companies, can I get a weekly or a monthly saver that will cover all companies? (It'd include the tram too, if it included Stagecoach transport, right?) What are the 'Zone' things I've seen around? I'm starting Uni here soon and would love some info. mystie
The only thing I can think of is the monthly Sheffield saver which you get from the travel executive and it's about £60. The bus fares in this city are bloody astronomical so be warned:mad:
Sketty24
£60? I know they are, that's why I wanted a saver. It doesn't sound very worthwhile now though.. Barmy fares.
mystie
I know sorry, I've been looking for a similiar thing but the only thing is the £60 one. Actually I think it's £65 I was just trying to cushion the blow. Is it too late to apply to Liverpool? I hear they have a good bus service or Manchester. Sketty24
I'm starting at Sheffield Hallam on the 26th! I'll just have to pay the fares. I need to get a bus to town, then to Psalter Lane, it's going to cost a lot. Hm, I think actually I can do it on two first buses.. what's the weekly/monthly saver for that? You get it from the driver of the first bus, just ask for a weekly saver and show your student card.
